Ink StainsShe traded in kisses for
Shakespearean rhymes.
With inky lips
and quill for a tongue,
she speaks her mind.
She's made of content not
suitable for innocent eyes.

the Classics on the
top shelf of a used
bookstore.
The one with the yellowed
creases,
That has been read
a few too many times.

Not without a fight I can't fly now.
It's not like I ever could.
Look, I break apart
on the way down

Promise I won't dream.
I'm too afraid to dare.
So why am I still kissing frogs,
looking for somewhere safe..

Really, I can't believe.
I'm not a child anymore!
Brittle voices say they'll hold me
..but I'm not there at all..

Saying I don't want
hands to catch me, as I fall.
Yet I reach out,
hoping there's something to trust in

Because, just maybe..

Crushed on the rocks
or lost in blue

I won't go down quietly

Are my walls to strong?Are my walls too strong?
She exclaimed with a shout.
Is that why
People never come in or out?

Does nobody care
That I'm locked up inside?
Why doesn't anybody
wipe away the tears I cried?

I feel so lost
And so...incomplete.
I'm suffering here.
In a hell with no heat.

I made this prison.
The barriers grow up higher everyday
The fault is still my own.
The price mine to pay.

But perhapes...
I may have the strength
So I can tear apart my walls
Length by length.

Until then, I sit here
All alone...
But one day I'll tear them down.
All the walls that I have grown.

No Different Than A Normal DateI can't stop shaking, stuttering as I try to say the useless garbage I think will keep her interested and listening to me. Gosh, she's so beautiful, her shy smile radiates warmth, her rich blue eyes I can't help myself from falling into. Her long brown hair I just want to run my hands through and her perfect pink lips, I just want to kiss. I wonder if she feels the same way.

We're going to the movies, just us two together. I can't stop smiling, this is my chance I've been waiting for since the moment I laid eyes on her so long ago. She's driving though, which is a little blow to my ego.&

Tell me the world stops turning when I'm not around

and I will never leave your side again.

Tell me your sky fades to black when you see my cry

and I will try to laugh again.

Tell me your heart aches with every beat without me

and I come back to you and heal it again.

And if you're not sure about that all, keep your thoughts with you.

There is no point in which I joke in love. Only if it's strong and true I dare to love you. If you just want to play, go on and search for a Barbie Doll. I'm whole and human, I got errors and downs. And I got a strong heart.

So if you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best, as Marylin Monroe said decades ago.
